Fancy Nancy is proud of its reputation for producing high quality products and we take great care to ensure that all orders are packed very carefully due to the fragile nature of the products. Each box is carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and tissue paper to protect the fragile contents, however if you are not entirely happy with a product please contact us and we will endeavour to resolve the problem promptly. All damages must be reported within 24 hours of the goods being received. We recommend ordering as soon as possible to avoid disappointment as during our busy weeks, we may be unable to dispatch your order quickly.
Once your order has been received, it will be checked and cleared for despatch. If there is a problem with the order we will contact you as soon as possible.
Postage
Post and packaging within mainland UK is included in the price of the goods. We send out our cookies and cakes by recorded delivery. All goods must be signed for. In order to ensure that all orders are sent promptly, please make sure that we are given the correct address, including a full post code. If we do not have the correct full address, we will not accept responsibility if the order fails to arrive on time. For a postage costs outside the mainland UK, please contact us for a full quote.
Despatch
Once your order has been received, it will be checked and cleared for despatch. If there is a problem with the order we will email you as soon as possible.
Payment
Payment will be taken at the time of order.
Confirmation of order
When we receive your order we will confirm by email the product and the estimated dispatch date. If you do not receive an email from us you should contact us immediately.
Returns
If for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with the products you have purchased from Fancy Nancy, you may return them to us, at your expense, within 48 hours of the delivery time. The goods must be returned in their original packaging and the product intact (except for consumption that is considered reasonable to establish the quality of the product and the complaint is upheld), then we will refund the entire purchase price including the cost of the postage. Statutory rights not affected.

Our cookies are all hand baked and decorated on site using the finest quality ingredients that are organic where possible. We source a large majority of our ingredients locally. All the cookies are unique and colours or designs may vary. All our gift boxes measure approximately 160mm by 220mm and the contents may vary depending on the size and shape of your cookies.

Vanilla bean cookies : Cookie; organic plain flour, organic slightly salted butter, organic caster sugar, pasteurised organic free range egg, vanilla beans. Icing (where present); icing sugar, organic egg white, organic lemon juice, non-toxic glitter E171, food colourings.
Chocolate cookies : Cookie; organic plain flour, organic slightly salted butter, organic caster sugar, organic cocoa powder, pasteurised organic free range egg. Icing (where present); icing sugar, organic egg white, organic lemon juice, non-toxic glitter E171, food colourings.
Gingerbread cookies : Gingerbread; organic plain flour, organic butter, molasses sugar, organic honey, orange juice, organic ground cinnamon, organic ground ginger, allspice, bicarbonate of soda, salt. Icing (where present); icing sugar, organic egg white, organic lemon juice, non-toxic glitter E171, food colourings.
We always try to use naturally derived colours wherever possible including caramel, carbon, paprika, beetroot extract, carotene, annatto and copper but in some cases to achieve the best finish the following colours may have been used: E129, E124, E122, E104, E110, E133, E155, E153, E102. As all our biscuits are handmade, there may be some small variations in colour and design. Our biscuits are baked freshly to order and have a shelf life of 4 weeks (for vanilla and chocolate cookies) or 3 months for gingerbread cookies.
